Return & Exchange Policy

I take great care in packaging and presenting each piece of artwork so that it arrives in beautiful condition. Please review the return and exchange policy below:

🖌️ Original Commissions

Custom artwork and original commissions are not returnable, as they are created with your approval at each stage and finalized before shipment. If you have any concerns upon delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

🖼️ Prints

Prints are eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing defect or printing quality issue. In such cases, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

🔄 Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, I’m happy to discuss the possibility of an exchange or store credit toward another item. Please contact me to begin the process—your satisfaction matters to me.

📦 Shipping & Damages

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged and must be returned in original packaging.

  • All shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged, please notify me immediately and include photos of both the artwork and the packaging so I can initiate a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.  Time is of the essence in damage claims.

  • Color Discrepancies:
    While the artist strives to accurately represent colors, minor variations may occur between the artwork and the displayed images on the website or in a printed catalog.
  • Undelivered/Lost/Stolen Packages:

    The artist is not responsible missing packages if proof of delivery has been provided by the delivery service used, ie. USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.   Please verify your shipping address when submitting your order.  If you are in an area that has porch pirate issues,  we recommend having your art delivery held for pickup at the Post Office or Other delivery service chosen.
