A high quality giclee print mated and ready to be framed in any 14×18 frame behind glass.  We recommend archival glass to protect from fading.  All framing stores offer UV (archival) glass for a few dollars more.

A Giclee (pronounced zhee-clay) print is the highest quality  print made.  They are signed, numbered, limited edition reproductions printed on actual watercolor paper.  They are archival, museum quality images.  A giclee print is made by scanning the original painting and forming a digital image that is proofed by the artist.  The prints are made by spraying archival inks rated at 99 years at millions of drops per second on watercolor paper.

Description

 

This is a GICLEE print of  my original Watercolor,  “Fall Creek”.  The painting  was inspired by all the beautiful colors around me in our wonderful Smoky Mountain counties.   The variety of colors is truly amazing.   The original was painted at my studio in downtown Knoxville, TN.  

The bright oranges and deep rust colors melt into violet and gray shadow areas.   I find it relaxing to look into this painting.
